Welcome to Your Puppy’s First 8 Weeks With Us!
We’re so excited to share your puppy’s journey with you. During their first 8 weeks of life, we focus on giving each puppy a rich, loving environment filled with positive experiences and gentle introductions.
Each member of our family spends time both with the entire litter and one-on-one with each puppy. This helps us understand their unique personalities while also encouraging them to develop confidence as individuals,
away from their littermates.
We closely observe behavior cues, social interactions, and how each puppy responds to new experiences.
You’ll be able to follow along through our Owners page, where we’ll post regular updates and insights
into your puppy’s development.
It’s a joy getting to know these little ones—and we can’t wait for you to get to know them too.

August 9, 2026 | Start of ESI (Early Scent Introduction) Continues through day 16 of life. |
August 10, 2026 | Vet Checks and Tails/dewclaws done. |
August 12, 2026 | Individual handling and time away from whelping box. Gentle stroking, ear tugging, handling of feet. |
August 16, 2026 | Introduction to fireworks. Their ears are not fully open yet, so we play sounds on a speaker that sits next to whelping area. |
Augustin 17, 2026 | First Nail trim and run clipper vibrations around their body. |
August 19, 2026 | Clipper Vibrations |
August 20, 2026 | Introduction to Thunder and Rain sounds |
August 21 -22, 2026 | Lot's of one on one time outside the whelping box. |
August 23, 2026 | Vacuuming around whelping box. |
August 24, 2026 | City sounds introduction. Male and Female voices played on speaker. |
